Besides my work as a private practitioner, I am an Adjunct Professor at Pace University in Pleasantville, New York, in the Masters in Counseling Program. I teach graduate courses in Counseling Theories and Techniques as well as Addiction Counseling for Individual, Groups, and Family.
I am also affiliated with Four Winds Hospital, a private psychiatric hospital in Katonah, New York. As the former coordinator of the adult inpatient co-occurring track, I currently specialize in treating individuals diagnosed with co-occurring disorders (mental illness plus chemical dependence). The inpatient and outpatient group therapy treatment I provide allows me to use my addiction expertise. I continue to provide these services on a per diem basis at the hospital.
